Hello. Thank you for leaving us a review. We appreciate your honest feedback. We're disappointed to read that you had a negative experience with EPAM, especially regarding salary and work culture. Working in a remote or hybrid by design environment can certainly feel isolating. Without the opportunity for many in-person events, our employees grow their network through what we call 'extra mile activities.' These are extracurricular activities like becoming a subject matter expert (SME) or serving on an assessment team for Learning & Development. Employees who proactively engage in these projects find new connections across our entire EPAM network and beyond. We are sorry you didn't feel you had access to these opportunities. We're disappointed that you didn't feel your salary and compensation was sufficient. We strive to ensure a competitive compensation package and maintain our pay-for-performance philosophy. If you have any additional comments or would like to further discuss any challenges you faced at EPAM, we can be reached at Glassdoor@epam.com. We wish you the best in your career.
