      Pros

      There is always a good selection of projects to choose from, so it’s rare not to find one that fits. They also relocated me twice to different countries, and the office atmosphere has always been great.

      Cons

      It has been difficult to get a salary increase over the last 2–3 years. They try to compensate with an annual bonus, but that doesn’t really solve the lack of regular salary growth

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
