Pros
Good place for start in IT, there are a lot of internal trainings, a lot of benefits but last years it became hard to get them. Good processes organisation in company.
Cons
There are too many managers in EPAM and overall situation depends on the unit. You can work with state-on-art technologies on one project and support VBS code on another and there is no guarantee that you can change the project easily. Sometimes it is easier to retire and than reapply to the desired position than to switch inside the compony. Poor promotions last year and a lot of reasons not to increase salary from managers.
