Pros

Work-life balance is definitely a strong point here. The workload is manageable and there’s flexibility, which makes day-to-day work less stressful.

Cons

Unfortunately, salaries are not competitive, which can limit long-term motivation and retention. Limited compensation growth

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
