Pros

Friendly colleagues, flexible work arrangement

Cons

Employees are valued primarily while they are billable. Once a client releases an employee, EPAM does not provide the promised support, and there is no bench facility available. Additionally, EPAM has very limited client presence in Singapore—essentially relying on a single major client. If that client releases you, it is likely to be your final engagement with EPAM. Moreover, the compensation offered is below current market standards.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
