Pros
Flexible working time. Multiple, international projects. Challanging for project managers. If you wanna grow like from developer to manager it's a good company to grow this way. Good company culture.
Cons
Since it's an outsourcing company, there is no product development. Most of the projects are not challenging for a developer. It's hard to get data analysis jobs and hard to be a real software architect.
