Pros
I started at EPAM as an intern seven years ago, and it has been an incredible journey. The company truly invests in its people by providing great learning opportunities, mentorship, and support for professional growth. Thanks to that environment, I was able to grow from an intern to a Lead Engineer. If you're looking for a place where you can continuously learn and build a long-term career, EPAM is an excellent choice.
Cons
PAM is a good place to start and grow your career, but it's not without its challenges. During my seven years with the company, I noticed that career growth and project opportunities can depend heavily on the client and your manager. There were periods when internal processes felt slow, and salary growth didn't always keep pace with increased responsibilities. While the company offers excellent learning opportunities and support for professional development, I think there is still room for improvement in compensation transparency and faster career progression for high performers.
