- Stable, good for long term. - Good place to learn or just see how a big software factory does work. - Reasonable/nice office in a good location/area. - Internal training possibilities. - Meetups.

Cons

- Outsourcing projects are too long, boring tasks that nobody wants to do at the customer are always land in our plate. Sometimes you need to work with outdated software stacks as it is a requirement from the customer. - RMs are the kings of the scrap-heap. You need to maintain a good relationship with them or better to leave ...

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
