Pros
Good if you are accustomed to hypocrisy or have been in Alliance Global Services (company name before EPAM acquired it) for several years. Good for freshers as well.
Cons
1. Very difficult environment for new joiners to succeed, regardless of your previous experience. 2. Management is very unprofessional. 3. Differential treatment for people who have been in Alliance Global (name before EPAM acquired) for long. 4. No objective measurements. Decisions against you can be taken against you based on personal preferences.
