Hyderabad location is an acquisition, It's still not "The EPAM" Lot of uncertainty with projects Employees getting fired is common place. No sense of job security. Lot of bureaucracy IT is a bottleneck Management is reactive and not proactive. Some of them are active just because they don't want to get fired Culture mismatch between global and Hyderabad EPAM.
