      Stable company with a lot of different projects. You can change project without changing the company. Relocation option to different countries. Great opportunity to learn and grow. Fancy internal tools. Supporting certifications and conferences.

      Not product development company yet, but we are moving towards this goal

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
