Possibility to change after 1-2 years. - There is a lot of different position and you can switch among them. (e.g from backed developer to mobile developer and so) - Usually bearable workload. Overtime is really rare and paid.
Cons
- Although Epam engineers are really talented, customers aren't necessary. If your customer side dev lead is an idiot then you're gonna have bad times. And sadly this isn't a rare case. This is exactly why a lot of companies need help from Epam. But of course there are a lot of exceptions too! - Salaries are far from the best - Cheap Widows desktop PC-s - No work from home option - As the company grows it became more and more bureaucratic. My salary is calculated by someone in another country who don't know each other with. Sometimes buying even a cheap project accessory is long-long nightmare.
