Pros
Lots of opportunities to grow in tech skills at a career's start. Sturdy chance of advancing as a manager later in life.
Cons
If you do not wish to become a manager in a few years, your career will get stuck. Avg salary is lower the market. To grow on salary and title one have to walk "an extra mile" thus deliberately making their life/work balance worse. Sometimes it's hard to rotate from a boring project.
