Pros
A lot of corporate benefits, have the large number of internal opportunities, relocation programs, internal trainings and courses. Vertical and horizontal rotations could help to grow as manager or as developer.
Cons
As all corporations they have different ambiguities in various levels. Nice marketing sometimes more agressive and could be a little bit more flexible.
