      Excellent environment to learn new technologies. There are a lot of challenges. There are bench projects. Relocation opportunities. Fun environment.

      Cons

      Lack of billable projects. Interviews for projects are harder than the first one to get the job even the project not being so special about new technologies or development from scratch.
