Payroll offers to new talents incredibly competes with offers of best IT companies of India. Good significance is given to employee thoughts with regular feedbacks/interactions process. Good working environment.

      Cons

      Global mobility opportunities to employees is relatively very less in EPAM India. Employees can be recognized much more frequently in many categories. Not having good transport facilities to employees.
