Pros
1. It is a wonderful workplace to plan a career as a fresher. 2. The culture is one of the best, very inclusive workplace attitude and one best technology. 3. Lots of events going on like Hackathon, EngX Week, Friday Quiz etc. which helps us to make a bind with tech problem-solving. 4. Many talented and creative folks, So we can work with highly talented individuals. 5. Outings and events are really nice as no corners are cut. 6. Interesting work challenges that make us think out of the box.
Cons
1. Pune EPAM Office infrastructure is not good as Hyderabad office. 2. Some times managers can do micromanaging. 3. Work-Life Balance is not manageable.
