Pros
* On boarding experience is awesome * You will get detail information and schedule of induction & joining formalities in the form of pdf for 2 days, which i have not seen in previous BIG companies i worked * Everything is process oriented and You will always have mentors to reach out for any help * All the managers & directors are very HUMBLE and down to earth and reachable for any guidance and mentoring * Those who are hungry for success, plenty of Learning sources, courses, training available * Assessment process of the employee is very transparent and not-biased. I have not seen any company with such a transparency where employee can self assess and self nominate for promotion if he/she thinks ready any time, they can ask for 360 degree feedback and get it done. I have not seen this best practice in any company where your promotion/rating is purely in the hands of reporting manager, Which is not here in EPAM. * Company is truly listening to each employee

* Nothing as of now * Felt like EPAM should have its Own building/Office space instead of Rental, as it is having exponential growing plans
