Pros

There are some advantages, but a lot of things yet are to be done.

Cons

It is obviously that experience may vary from team to team but you easily may face the following: - In some teams in Kyiv team leads just don’t do their work. - Your qualification doesn't matter. It is only question of matter do the manager like you or not. - You better ask meet people who you will work with. You may face there very rude and contentious ones. No one will stop them when such “colleagues” offend people. You have to be ready to defend yourself whatever that means. - How people are promoted is a long story. In short: if you don’t like to be anyone’s friend and a lovely manager’s toy then it is not for you. If you are nobody in programming but a yes man you are about to be promoted. Other people will be assigned to fix your bugs. If they will tell something to you just tell about it to your manager and you will see how it works! - If you try make things better the company may do not what you could expect. - If you are smart you will be seen as a threat are all your achievements will be ignored but ones you did mistake it will be really celebration and topic of discussions, jokes, and so on.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
