      higher salary, smooth onboarding, growing company

      Cons

      No work life balance. The partner companies in which we are allotted, there is no work life balance. non realistic deadlines which compel the employee to work for 12 hrs (no overtime comp off) designation changing process is good, but employees get no time to prepare for it due to the work load
