Pros
People are real professionals really taking care of quality. Being an epam employee makes me proud. My career plan was always considered regarding my assignments, I always got the possibility to grow whenever I felt I am ready for the next step and in which direction. The company is an outsourcing company, people can work on several projects gathering different kinds of experience without the need to switch companies.
Cons
Salaries, salary ranges are not discussed in a public way in the company. Maybe it goes like this in the case of a lot of companies here in Hungary, still, I do not like the fact, that I cannot rely on my manager's support in defining my actual worth on the market. Maybe I am naive...
