Pros

The company supports your grow in various ways. (mentor program, online courses, etc...) Co-workers are really friendly and supportive even if they live at the other side of the planet. Supports remote work.

Cons

It has really bad projects where you are forced to follow anti-patterns because the customer has used those for the last 10-20 years. It doesn't matter what is your career goals you will be forced into the first project which comes even if the tech stack doesn't align with your goals.
