Pros

Good benefits and I liked the people I worked with

Cons

1. Terrible PTO & sick leave 2. Awful management from a team one on one aspect. 3. I was fired based on my performance review and yet not a single person ever mentioned to me that I was doing a bad job. When I got my review I didn’t get below a 3 out of 4. The 2 issues on there could have easily been fixed or explained had someone ever told me!!! I then randomly received another bit of feedback a week into being unemployed, that was from months ago THAT ONCE AGAIN NO ONE SPOKE TO ME ABOUT. All of this without explanation or examples. Just fired. I was mourning the death of my beloved cat all summer which could explain some things but NOPE, no one asked or told me. I was not put on a performance plan or anything. I feel like I am being gaslit. I showed all my feedback to my previous mangers and they were shocked I was fired for it, especially since no one mentioned it to me. Being fired was the first I heard about any of it.

Pros

Competitive compensation and good benefits for visa employees. Everything is fair, company is not taking advantage of you, unlike many similar companies. Lot of internal courses and trainings, opportunity to work in multiple domains.

Cons

Goes crazy after AI hype and stock plummeting

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
