Pros
Company reaches out often but without micromanaging; can be a little bureaucratic but everything has an obvious reason so far. I got approached for extra payment due to inflation in the country I'm at, which was a very nice surprise and certainly a first among all places I've worked. What they expect of you is often pretty clear, with many career/skill paths and resources offered by the company. Managing these and showing what you've done is a lot easier than most places. Work/life balance certainly better than most. In general, EPAM is very transparent, your colleagues will be competent and there won't be that sensation that the company you work for is trying to make a fool out of you the whole time; employees are treated like adults, as it should.

Comparing your final paycheck with the average salary for your role in the client you work for can be depressing.
