Pros

- Lot of capable resources - Still has great client base - Smooth relocation policies - Lot of internal resources - Amazing set of relationship managers

Cons

- Quality of work has reduced over time - Inflation, Russian aggression has impacted EPAM a lot (might not recover for a long time) - Lot of money put towards Ukrainian cause, instead of preventing layoffs - Attrition is on the rise and has given a negative reputation off late - Most of the delivery managers are 100% aligned to client's interests and EPAM employees get impacted. There is no balance. - Micro-management by some project managers

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
