Nothing special but if we're talking about work-life balance, you have to understand, that as more work and responsibilities you take the less free time you will have, but again, this spent time will be refunded.

Pros

Competitive compensation and good benefits for visa employees. Everything is fair, company is not taking advantage of you, unlike many similar companies. Lot of internal courses and trainings, opportunity to work in multiple domains.

Cons

Goes crazy after AI hype and stock plummeting

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
