Pros

- Excellent relocation assistance with an effective team to take care of legal and relocation issues - Many projects in the development, testing, and DevOps roles. - Nice work culture where nobody interferes as long as you are in a billable project and keep getting good feedback from the client. - Nice office facilities - Good additional benefits like insurance, shopping vouchers, and sports card option. - A lot of focus on cloud technologies.

Cons

- At least four feedbacks every quarter from the client-side team is too much of an ask. - Apart from the internal learning platform, the only external continuous learning platform is linkedIn and Oreilly is provided on a need basis for a short time. - Very less opportunities in areas outside DevOps/Development/Testing . - There is not much guidance from managers if you are working in technical areas outside DevOps/Development/Testing as most of them are coming from this background and are clueless to guide you with options to help you find a project or grow your career inside EPAM when you are looking for one.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
