      Overall pleasant experience if you are willing to put with mediocre salary

      Cons

      NEVER FOR A SECOND forget that you are just a number to anyone in management position. For example, the moment you stop generating profit for them for external reasons(lack of projects to be applied to) they will blame it on you(bc otherwise they'd have to admit they're bad at managing engineers to their management) and lay you off.
