      Pros

      Lot's of very intelligent and bright engineers to learn from. The company fosters collaboration and respect. Project Managers tend to have a lot of experience and do understand tech Very well defined scope and expectations for tasks

      Cons

      A lot of internal processes and bureaucracy. Sometimes people have difficulties to figure "out of script" situations, the company has a policy for almost everything until you run into a situation there is no policy for. Then no one knows what/how to deal with stuff

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
