Pros

A lot of opportunities to grow, various of projects and additional activities like interviewing, being PM and etc.

Cons

Low wages in Europe, you have a limit and even if your performance is good and you do extra things - you will still earn less than the market average. Most of the extra work is voluntary, you will have experience but you won't get paid. If the client pays for you, it may not be possible to change the project. They may sell junior to the client as middle and middle as senior, but again, you won't see that money.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
