Pros

huge company, with strong organizational structure and corporate culture. Lots of opportunities for learning, and finding new projects to grow professionally. High standards of work and processes on projects

Cons

Having most of its workforce in Ukraine, company is experiencing less customer demand for outsourcing talent from Ukraine. So potential of finding the next great project and salary increase is lower.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.
