Pros
Because of the profile of the company you can work on variety of projects so it is like changing your workplace but the environment remains familiar. There are good career oppotunities, a lot of trainings, english lessons from native teachers as a benefit.
Cons
You can be chosen to a less good project and it requires time to leave it. The older office building is average (but there is a newer what looks great). Your work will always be white labeled.
