      1. As you read the headline, yes this program is created to destroy people's careers. 2. They will hire you. You looking at the brand epam join this company. You hardly get project and once the short duration project ends you come to the bench. You will be given one or two interview calls. If you don't clear them you would be fired 3. I have destroyed my career by joining this company. Joining epam has been one of the worst decision of my life

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
