Terrible and highly harmful to my health - Senior Software Engineer EPAM Systems Employee Review

Company with terrible communication, and terrible management of employees (consultants), leaders don't know how to lead, communicate, or at least talk to their team members. All employees seem lost in the flow, they leave their employees without any sensible explanation of what is happening in the company, they keep professionals at the bank for a long time, the employee cannot leave due to a high termination fine, they hire professionals without having a project to allocate them, tries to push projects that are not in line with the professional's experience, making professionals feel incapable of getting a project. Horrible client interview process, no clarity, no communication at all, interview feedback even worse, there is no clear and well-formed feedback that makes you look at your mistakes and try to improve them. The horrible company moved many people from their countries with the promise of project and stability and laid off their employees before the contract expired and before the end of the year, many remained at the bank for more than 5 months without any experience, without anyone saying or clarifying anything. It harmed families and the mental health of professionals as they could not leave the company or work for anyone. I hope the company really improves, if not many families will cry like mine cried because they were sad to leave their home country with the dream of working in a remote and respectful company
