      compensation and benefits and remote work.

      Cons

      its very difficult to find project if you are on bench, preferences are based on personal contacts instead of merit. They terminate employment without any notice, this company is not for candidates on work visa.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
