Pros
- For someone who is starting their career with EPAM as a fresher, I could assure you could thr learning, training process & the diversified culture within EPAM Systems. They provide top quality trainings, learnings, certification vouchers which would be helpful for your future. - The work culture & the cross communications is really good
Cons
- Appraisal & promotions are too slow, probably a better word would be apathetic. Management barely cares about A1 or freshers to provide nominal appraisal hikes. anyone could have obvious thoughts of switching companied to get better hikes. - Annual gifts provided are upsetting, it's better if they can provide gift voucher instead so that any person can get the needful & can know their budget (sarcastically) - Managament level politics are pretty obvious everywhere. It could be less or more but certainly this would be there.
