Can't switch you career path. EPAM offices are in Guadalajara Preference to European employees. Festivities Relocation process is not well documented.

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
