Very much welcoming and - Chief Systems Engineer EPAM Systems Employee Review

I recently joined EPAM systems in Canada. All the teams I interacted with are very welcoming. Interview process is well established and you feel motivated throughout the process. I am impressed with speed they fix the issues for new comers. Onboarding process is very well established. All the sessions are to the point and very much containing the information we need. There are lot of AI based initiatives within the org and I see everyone doing their best in the role they are in. Very happy that I made right choice while I had couple of other offers in hand.
