      Pros

      Very mature technology delivery and overall technical depth. Significantly better talent development than any other company I've been with, and is probably best-in-class when it comes to growing engineering skills. Overall, good benefits, well-defined processes in most business areas, and able to deliver almost any solution.

      Cons

      Brand recognition: Clients who haven't worked with EPAM don't know anything about EPAM. Clients who HAVE worked with EPAM always call EPAM when they need help.
