Pros

Fair salary, good work/life balance, well set training and learning background, many opportunities to work on different project and learn new business domains. Good people focus and flexibility at least from the local management.

Cons

You never have a people environment that looks stable - you change from project to project and never settle. Some projects might make you feel as an "outsider" as you will be always a contractor for them not an actual employee. You have to manage too many things alone as you were a self-employed enterpreneur within the company. Work from home and people not staffed in local groups but randomly cause that you have no actual connection to people only online.

Hi there. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. We really do empathize with any challenge or concern you may have while working on contractor projects. In this situation, we would recommend that you connect with your company supervisor to apply for a project change or discuss a more permanent position at EPAM if you think that would be a better fit for you. We're available to have a more detailed conversation if you would like. Reach us at Glassdoor@epam.com. Thank you!
