Great opportunities to grow, caring managers (I met only those), had multiple projects to choose from (before 2022.....), friendly atmosphere, many activities apart from work.
Cons
Sometimes too much bureaucracy, assessments for the next level are quite hard to pass, salary is often below market, esp. for those who grew inside the company.r
