Pros

This company offers: - Yearly salary revision (an increase in the salary depends on good feedback received from the project the employee is assigned to). - Annual Bonus (again, it depends on the feedback from the client), - Certificate Reimburse for almost every type of certificate. - Relocation options are real, and the candidate receive professional and dedicated support from the team specialized in this topic.

Cons

- If you don't have a developer background, ,and you are part of production work, there's no much room for you to move to a different project if the current project ends. - Unfortunately, the culture of save money is gaining room more and more, because of that, high salaries would be affected by moving those positions to cheaper countries, and more rotation will be seeing in the company.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
