Pros

Full time work from home. People are polite and mosty good workers. Wast variety of learning materials.

Cons

No transparrency regarding the salary range. The salary is not following the inflation at all. Most of the projects don't require a Project Manager so you have to work as a Scrum Master and you don't have a chance to learn from experience and develop your career.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate hearing your perspective and we value your feedback. We know salary is important, so we make a concerted effort to provide all EPAMers with a competitive salary and total compensation package that aligns with the market. The best way to approach an issue like this is through a direct conversation with your Resource Manager, and that's the course of action we recommend. We are also available for discussion at the contact below. We aim to provide all EPAMers with a meaningful career where they can learn and advance with us. We're disheartened to know you could be having a better experience in this regard. We want to discuss how we can help align your career opportunities at EPAM with your career goals, and learn more about your salary concerns. Please reach out to us at Glassdoor@epam.com.
