Pros

- Clear transparent communication from all leaders for all aspects of business - Very high percentage of employees are 10+ tenured at EPAM, highlighting the fact that employees have a sense of belonging at this company - Heavy focus on enabling employees with the latest and greatest skills that gives them an inherent advantage in the market - Clear alignment with best technology stack available in the market - "Say what you can do" culture permeates from top to bottom - Everyone tries to solve customer challenge first before discussing commercials (this is truly exemplary)

Cons

Lack of broad and wide message for the broader market around EPAM's capabilities. This is an extraordinary company with highest level of quality delivery. I have been exposed to many super large scale global SIs and hands down EPAM is the best in delivering quality work time and again. The broader market doesn't know about that.

Pros

Competitive compensation and good benefits for visa employees. Everything is fair, company is not taking advantage of you, unlike many similar companies. Lot of internal courses and trainings, opportunity to work in multiple domains.

Cons

Goes crazy after AI hype and stock plummeting

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
