Pros

The people are great, and the pay/benefits are good. They have a a nice upskilling program.

Cons

Make sure you are are on a project, if not you are on the bench and have to "interview" for another project, it's like doing another job search for a job you already have. Also, in order to get a promotion you have to get an assessment by people that you have never worked with. It's a long process, that makes no sense. They will judge you based on questions and not actual project work.

- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

Cons

- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
