I have been working for EPAM for almost 8 years.
I believe I made a great decision, working and serving all the big brands across the US and the world, helping them to do the digital transformation they need to achieve more with less.
I know my career can expand and grow in any direction I want, the options are endless
Cons
In many cases, especially in the US, the nature is that there will be transitions between different projects often (some will consider this a less preferred option)

Wow, thank you for a glowing review! We appreciate all your hard work and dedication over the years and hope you continue to have a long, happy career at EPAM!
Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
