Good company to work for overall. This was my first office environment job that I have ever worked and it was a good experience. My co-workers and supervisors were helpful and nice.

Pros

Great environment and support from front line leadership. Standard benefits and pay scale. Nothing to low, but never at the top of the market. If you are viewed as a great worker, they will support you and your family through a lot of tough times.

Cons

Still runs it like a small family business. There are some 'experienced' people that are not adjusting to the growth of the company over the last ten years. Senior leadership is either not around or not engaged with the day to day reality of the company.
