Pros

Great company to work for. They really care about their employees and treat them right. Excellent pay and benefit package.

Cons

The only cons I have with the company is that it can be difficult to move up the ladder. Small to no growth and long retention doesn't leave room for upward mobility.

Pros

I love the daily tasks I have to complete. I really like the works schedule it allows me plenty of time to do my job and still spend time with my family. This is the best company I have worked for. I left antero resources to come here and I don’t regret it at all. I never have to work about work clothes we have a generous amount of money we are able to spend for clothing and boots. It’s all a round a great place to work I even got another former antero employee to come join the EQT crew!

Cons

Don’t really have anything I can complain about.
