Pros

First, ERPA is a smaller company and really gets to know its people. It is a business, of course, and you work hard. But you are seen, and management cares. They are invested in setting you up for success. Since I have been working in the Workday Practice at ERPA I have learned so much, and continue to get opportunities to learn more and grow. The people make the difference here.

Cons

This is mostly a remote job, It's important to stay connected with your team.

Pros

I started with ERPA a few years ago, The practice has grown and adapted, however, the culture and the sense of teamwork has not. Supportive team, collaborative culture, challenging and rewarding work, opportunities for growth, flexible remote environment, and leadership that values its employees. I feel that we are treated as people and our voices are heard here.

Cons

The company is fully remote, which works very well for many people. Personally, I would enjoy a bit more face-to-face interaction and occasional in-person collaboration, but that's simply my own preference rather than a reflection of the company itself.

Pros

I've enjoyed my time with ERPA's workday practice and appreciate the opportunity to work alongside knowledgeable and supportive colleagues. As a smaller consulting organization, there are opportunities to wear multiple hats, contribute beyond your immediate role, and have visibility into different aspects of the business. One thing I particularly value is the flexibility and trust given to employees. Leadership is approachable, communication is generally transparent, and there is a genuine focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients. I've also appreciated the chance to expand my skills and work with team members who are willing to share their expertise. Pros * Supportive and collaborative colleagues * Flexible work environment * Opportunities to learn and grow * Meaningful client work

Cons

* Some processes are still evolving as the company grows
