Definitely a learning experience..... - Supervisor ES3 Employee Review

Hierarchy- No oversight on what supervision is accomplishing. There are no shift managers and ops managers are busy with their tasks. Many negative behaviors fell through the cracks. Morale- Most employees come to work not because they want to but it is more a matter of survival. Perception from the employee view is that their needs are not being met and it is hard to energize and lead a workforce who hate their jobs. Culture- This is the area the company really needs to develop. Right now there is no shared vision.
